I was once in your shoes.
In my early years, I never knew what I was really good at and went on a wild goose chase landing in a career that did not spark joy in me and I felt like I was in a job not a career.
But when I started to pivot my career and became a headhunter, I felt energized. I truly enjoyed what I did and I even had no issues working late (overtime) because I saw myself growing and doing the things I naturally was inclined to.
I discovered I love to close deals, influence clients and candidates and enjoy the interaction with people.
If only I knew then what I know about my talents when I was in my early career years.
Four years ago, I got to know a Consultant of a software company when I went overseas to take my exams for a programme I embarked on after I left my corporate career as a headhunter. We learnt more about ourselves through this programme, got to know our inborn talents and that we are all made differently and have different types of structures and from there on understand better why everyone has their place for something that suits them.
After learning this programme, I realized the talents I discovered about myself later were exactly reflected in my report and now I understand why I did very well and love what I did. I wished I knew this earlier and I could have build upon my strengths at an earlier age.
Because of this, I COLLABORATED with the consultant of the software company and they created this Career Personality Profiling Report as one tool in my box of career insight planning so that more can be aware of and amplify their innate talents.
I have used this report in conjunction with my coaching programme to help my clients know themselves better and my clients love the report and how I coached them. It has given them some guidance and teamed with the coaching techniques I utilize, they were able to accelerate their career at a faster pace as senior executives and leaders.
I have helped clients land an amazing job, became better leaders, found a new career path that resonated with them and to even get promoted in their organizations.

My name is Catherina, I am the founder of the 7 Figure Career Changemaker and a LinkedIn Branding Speaker/Trainer. I coach professionals at executive level to unlock their potential and accelerate and find fulfilment in their career. Many of my clients have seen remarkable changes in their career after working with me as their coach.
I am a Master NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) Practitioner, an ICF Certified Transformation Coach and a Certified Results Coach.
